Be Delivered from Anxiety

Philippians 4:8 Good News Translation

Jesus said to His disciples, “For this reason I tell you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; or about your body, as to what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the crop]; they have no storehouse or barn, and yet God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than the birds! And which of you by worrying can add one hour to his life’s span? So if you are not even able to do a very little thing [such as that], why are you worried about the rest? Consider the lilies and wildflowers, how they grow [in the open field]. They neither labor nor spin [wool to make clothing]; yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory and splendor dressed himself like one of these. But if this is how God clothes the grass which is in the field today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you? You of little faith! So as for you, do not seek what you will eat and what you will drink; nor have an anxious and unsettled mind. For all the [pagan] nations of the world greedily seek these things; and your [heavenly] Father [already] knows that you need them. But [strive for and actively] seek His kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. Do not be afraid and anxious, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
(Luke 12: 22-32, AMP)

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
(Matthew 11:28-30, NKJV)

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:6-7, NKJV)

Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].
(Philippians 4:8, AMP)

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.
(Jeremiah 17:7-8, NKJV)

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
(Jeremiah 29:11, NKJV)

Jesus said to him, “[You say to Me,] ‘If You can?’ All things are possible for the one who believes and trusts [in Me]!
(Mark 9:23, AMP)

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand.
(Isaiah 41:10, CSB)

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
(1 Peter 5:6-7, NKJV)

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become tired or grow weary; There is no searching of His understanding. He gives strength to the weary, And to him who has no might He increases power. Even youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] Will gain new strength and renew their power; They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; They will run and not become weary, They will walk and not grow tired.
(Isaiah 40:28-31, AMP)

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand]. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!”
(Psalm 91:1-2, AMP)

Because you have made the Lord, [who is] my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil will befall you, Nor will any plague come near your tent.
(Psalm 91:9-10, AMP)

“Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him; I will set him [securely] on high, because he knows My name [he confidently trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never abandon him, no, never]. “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. “With a long life I will satisfy him And I will let him see My salvation.”
(Psalm 91:14-16, AMP)

Healing of a Woman with a Hemorrhage (Issue of Blood)

Matthew 9:20-22; Mark 5:25-34; Luke 8:43-48

Matthew 9:20-22 (KJV)Mark 5:25-34 (KJV)Luke 8:43-48 (KJV)
20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years,25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,43 And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years,
26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any,
27 When she had heard of Jesus,
came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:came in the press behind, and touched his garment.44 Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment:
21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.and immediately her issue of blood stanched.
22 But Jesus turned him about,30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?45 And Jesus said, Who touched me?
31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
46 And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
and when he saw her,32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.47 And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.
he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.48 And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.
And the woman was made whole from that hour.

Matthew 9:20-22 (AMP)Mark 5:25-34 (AMP)Luke 8:43-48 (AMP)
20 Then a woman who had suffered from a hemorrhage for twelve years25 A woman [in the crowd] had [suffered from] a hemorrhage for twelve years,43 And a woman who had [suffered from] a hemorrhage for twelve years
26 and had endured much [suffering] at the hands of many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was not helped at all, but instead had become worse.[and had spent all her money on physicians], and could not be healed by anyone,
27 She had heard [reports] about Jesus,
came up behind Him and touched the [tassel] fringe of His outer robe;and she came up behind Him in the crowd and touched His outer robe.44 came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His outer robe,
21 for she had been saying to herself, “If I only touch His outer robe, I will be healed.”28 For she thought, “If I just touch His clothing, I will get well.”
29 Immediately her flow of blood was dried up; and she felt in her body [and knew without any doubt] that she was healed of her suffering.and immediately her bleeding stopped.
30 Immediately Jesus, recognizing in Himself that power had gone out from Him, turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched My clothes?”45 Jesus said, “Who touched Me?”
31 His disciples said to Him, “You see the crowd pressing in around You [from all sides], and You ask, ‘Who touched Me?’”While they all were denying it, Peter [and those who were with him] said, “Master, the people are crowding and pushing against You!”
46 But Jesus said, “Someone did touch Me, because I was aware that power [to heal] had gone out of Me.”
22 But Jesus turning and seeing her32 Still He kept looking around to see the woman who had done it.
33 And the woman, though she was afraid and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.47 When the woman saw that she had not escaped notice, she came up trembling and fell down before Him. She declared in the presence of all the people the reason why she had touched Him, and how she had been immediately healed.
said, “Take courage, daughter; your [personal trust and confident] faith [in Me] has made you well.”34 Then He said to her, “Daughter, your faith [your personal trust and confidence in Me] has restored you to health; go in peace and be [permanently] healed from your suffering.”48 He said to her, “Daughter, your faith [your personal trust and confidence in Me] has made you well. Go in peace (untroubled, undisturbed well-being).”
And at once the woman was [completely] healed.
