Shipping Policy

Fitness for Worship products are made to order. Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-7 business days. Once fulfilled, the shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you need to change the shipping address on an order, please send an email to CustomerService@fitnessforworship.com as soon as possible, before the order ships. The Shipping address cannot be changed once the order ships.

When will I receive my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are based on the type and quantity of products in an order.

To calculate the shipping cost for an order with multiple items, refer to the shipping rates charts above.  See which of your items has the highest shipping cost in the “Single Product” column, and use that as a base. Then, for each additional item, add that product category’s “Additional Product” price.

Example:

You are purchasing a hoodie and an apron going to the USA. Check the categories for the products. The hoodie is in the “Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Sweatpants, Joggers” category, and the apron is in the “Standard” category. Check which product category has the higher “Single Product” price. It’s $7.99 for the hoodie and $3.99 for the apron, so here the hoodie will be your base price. Check the “Additional Product” column from the “Standard” category; it’s $2.00 for the USA. Add the “Single Product” price for the hoodie and the “Additional Product” price for the apron together. The total shipping cost is $9.99 for the USA.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Lost Packages

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please track the status of your package with the carrier.

If the package is lost in transit, then send an email to CustomerService@fitnessforworship.com to request a replacement within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

We cannot replace packages that were marked as delivered. If the tracking information states that the order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, then we recommend you to contact the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the delivery address. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

Please note that we do not offer refunds due to carrier errors. If you are unable to locate a package that was marked delivered, then please submit a claim with the carrier.

Orders Returned by Carrier

In most cases, a package is undeliverable due to a shipping address that’s incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.

  • Please double-check that you’ve added the correct shipping address during order checkout.
  • To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup.
  • Wrong Address – If you provide a shipping address that is considered insufficient by the courier, then the shipment will be returned to our facility. If you provide an updated shipping address to us, then we can re-ship the order to you. Shipping will be at your own cost.
  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. We can re-ship the order to you but shipping will be at your own cost.
