Return Policy

At Fitness for Worship, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. All orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out to you.

You may return misprinted, damaged or defective items for a full refund within 3 weeks after receiving your item.

To initiate a return, send an email to

In your email, specify:

  • the order number,
  • purchase date, and
  • detailed description of the problem.

Attach quality photos of the damaged item showing the issue.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us within 3 weeks (21 days) of receiving your order.


We only replace items if they are misprinted, defective or damaged. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All orders are made on-demand. We do not offer exchanges if you order the wrong size or color. Please review the product size guide for each garment prior to completing your purchase. The product size guide is located on the product page immediately below the color and size selections.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Clearance items
